Among the 13 botanicals used for Ginarte, we selected plants used by Renaissance painters and sculptors to produce the pigments for coloring their works. Plants like calamint, was used for the green, safflower, mignonette and rubia, respectively brought about yellow and red, and indigo, famous for its deep shades of blue loved by Piero della Francesca. In addition we use mediterranean herbs and flowers which, thanks to their special properties, give Ginarte a unique and enticing flavour. test
